It's easy to write about something you love. :) My kitchen was all dark cabinets when we bought the house, and we wanted to add a dishwasher, so we had to reconfigure a cabinet, so I (with the help of friends) painted all the cabinets in the "retro" manner. The walls are lemon yellow. I like it well enough, and it wasn't too expensive to make it feel nice and light. But some day, hopefully soon, we will be doing a complete remodel (we call it "the kitchen of the future"). Then I will get my dream of recycled glass counter and back splash. I dream of it often... I love cooking. It’s easy to write about something you love. :)
