My aunts car was fine. I was trying to avoid hitting her car. I successfully only hit my face into the ground and knocked out 4 teeth (two baby teeth - I was only 8 after all). I've been through a lot with the adult teeth they jammed back up in there (root canals, gum surgery, the works), but now they're gone forever. Good bye stupid old teeth! My bike was fine. I was most relieved when I finally got my front tooth crown put on. I broke the silly thing in high school by ramming my bike into our PE instructor's car in the dead of night. I still call that encounter a "win" on my part 'cause even after all the BS with the root canal, the steel post and whatnot I did more $$ damage to his car than happened to my face and bike. Really, these fucking teeth have been no end of trouble and I'm glad their gone. And now that the swelling is going down, I think there might be an end in sight for this current set of pain.
