I Can Spell, I Swear I Can!
It turns out that the Italian holiday bread with raisins in it is actually spelled panettone, not panatone, as I have been spelling it recently.
So, if you came here looking for a “recipe for panatone bread,” please try respelling it as “panettone” and you are likely to find actual recipes.
